Stainless steel Aviary wire netting also called X-TEND mesh/Webnet, is manufactured from robust, high-grade DIN 1.4401/AISI 316 stainless steel cables. The cables are swaged with tinned copper (type CX) or stainless steel (types CXE and CXS) clamps in a special process to form a mesh structure that is both stressable and flexible and suited for either two- or three-dimensional applications. X-TEND keeps its shape indefinitely and stands for long lasting use.

Two types of weaving rope mesh

The difference between them is the two neighboring ropes of stainless steel ferrule rope mesh are combined by ferrules to form diamond openings. And ferrules are made of the same material as the rope wire. The standard angle is 60°, but other angles are also available, such as 10° and 90°. Stainless steel ferrule rope mesh is very flexible, and its width and length can be modified.
